We chose Alisa to assist us in selling our house after we did our due diligence of having interviewed 3 other realtors. We were impressed by her friendliness, enthusiasm and presentation. After our initial discussion over the phone, she told us she would like to come over to our house before preparing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). She brought with her in her first visit load of print outs of market information on properties similar to ours that were sold in the last 12 months and properties which were listed for sales in the market. She wanted us to have it for review before she came back later with her marketing plan. During her first brief visit, she asked us what made us love our property in the first place when we bought it years ago. She took time to take note of all the selling points of our house. We could readily appreciate the amount of effort and time she took when she came back to present the CMA and marketing plan. In contrast to other realtors, they skipped the first visit and just came up with the CMA. The proposal they came up was made simply on the basis of hard data. Alisa took the time to come by touring our house, asked all the probing questions to find out the strengths and weaknesses of our property and incorporated in the marketing plan.

Before interviewing Alisa, I did a fair bit of research to come to what I believed was the fair market value of my property. Alisa’s proposed list price came pretty close to ours. A realtor we interviewed proposed a listed price which was 23% lower than Alisa’s. We didn’t pick Alisa because she came up with a listed price close to what we had in mind, we chose her because we found that she was completely honest and upfront in her approach. She was prepared to educate us based on her observation of the market situations relative to the specific condition of our property. She kept feeding us relevant information and kept us updated so that we could make an educated decision. Alisa allowed us to work very closely with her in the process and we found that our interest could be aligned. The rest is history. The closing price came to 98.5% of our asking price!! We would not hesitate to recommend Alisa to represent your interest.
